NOS and Vodafone's 4G/5G covers Lisbon, Porto, Faro, Braga, Coimbra, Setúbal, Évora, and all major cities. The Sintra-Cascais Natural Park (Sintra palaces, Cabo da Roca — Europe's westernmost point) has full coverage. The Algarve coast (Lagos, Albufeira, Faro, Tavira, Sagres) is fully covered.
