We collect only the minimum data necessary to process your order:

  • Email address — provided at checkout to deliver your eSIM activation details and order confirmation.
  • Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your card number, CVV, or billing address.
  • Order details — destination country, plan selection, price, and order status stored in our database to fulfill your purchase.
  • Currency preference — we may estimate your country to suggest a display currency. You can change this preference at any time.
  • Website measurement data — limited technical and usage information used to understand how visitors find Akariq and how the website performs.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not require an account, password, or profile.
  • We do not collect your name, phone number, or physical address.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • Order fulfillment — to provision your eSIM, generate your QR code, and send your activation email.
  • Customer support — to help you if something goes wrong with your order.
  • Transactional emails — order confirmation, eSIM delivery, and refund notifications only. No marketing emails.
  • Website analytics and performance measurement — to understand how visitors find and use Akariq, which pages and plans are useful, and how we can improve the website and customer experience.
